FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has basic plate positioned on lower part of recess, pair of first power drives mounted in parallel to each other and fixed to basic plate along its two opposite sides, auxiliary plate fixed to rods of first power drives. Auxiliary plate has two opposite edges capable of sliding in guides formed in their bodies. Device is provided with pair of second power drives positioned at right angles with first power drives and fixed to auxiliary plate along its two opposite sides, upper plate fixed to rods of second power drives and having two opposite edges capable of sliding inside guides formed in their bodies. Device also has plate which rests on upper plate through ball bearings, facilities for interlocking of the above-indicated plate with upper plate and facilities designed to preserve position of the above-indicated plate elastically centered with respect to upper plate.
