FIELD: lifting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device (50) for lifting a vehicle contains a column (2) with a carriage (8) sliding along the column (2), a structure (16) associated with the carriage (8) to support the lifted load, a mechanism (6) for moving the carriage (8) along the column (2), providing lifting and (or) lowering of the supporting structure (16). The support structure (16) for the load comprises one support arm (18) pivotally connected to the carriage (8) at its first end, a trailing arm (22) connected to the support arm (18) from the other end of the support arm (18) to provide the possibility of its rotation relative to the support arm (18). The trailing arm (22) is telescopic at one or preferably both ends. Levers (26) are provided at one or preferably both ends of the trailing arm (22) and extend substantially transversely or generally at an angle to the trailing arm (22). Levers (26) are provided and/or designed to engage with elements (28) to support and/or support the lifted load.
