FIELD: determination of latitude and longitude of group of moving objects, such as flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: system has GPS receiver that functions to determine individually latitude and longitude of multiple moving objects and to transmit standard time signals. According to invention, this very fine standard time signal is used to ensure that all objects of group can transmit at preset frequency their identity and position in precisely determined time blocks. Assigning these frequencies in very high and ultrahigh frequency ranges restricts their reception range so that this system might be used as global one. Transmitted signals can be received by all entities as well as by ground air traffic control centers.
