FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aeronautical engineering, particularly, to systems of navigation, pilotage, air traffic control and observation of moving objects in air, on surface and in water. A transceiver stations are mounted on every observed moving or stationary object provided with devices measuring the coordinates of location and motion parameters, the said stations transmitting into one or several common channels during a preset time interval the beginning of which is exactly fixed on the universal time scale. The transmitted message contains the data on the motion source identifier, the station location coordinates, the motion parameters and additional information. At every moving transceiver station and the base radio station the differences between their coordinates and those of the transmitting radio station are determined for the moment of reception of the said message and the distance to the transmitting station is defined to derive, from the coded message reception lag, a corresponding pseudo range, the difference between the said pseudo range and the aforesaid distance. If the absolute magnitude of the said difference exceeds a tolerable value, the transmitted coordinates are considered invalid, the respective station is assigned a marker of invalidity and a special symbol is output on their display to specify the respective mark.
