FIELD: communication engineering. SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in communications network are communication links 4 connecting supporting communication centers 3 set up on intersection point of first axis 1 and i-th border 2 to supporting communication centers 3 set up on intersection point of third axis 1 and (i+2)-nd border 2, as well as communication links 4 connecting supporting communication centers 2 set up on intersection point of first axis 1 and (i+2)-nd border to supporting communication centers 3 set up on intersection point of third axis 1 and (i+1)-st border 2. In case of failure of six supporting communication centers or all supporting communication centers, including main axis, and even two thirds of all borders, communications network still remains interconnected provided good borders are located after every two faulty adjacent ones. EFFECT: improved survivability of communications network under effect of destabilizing factors with reduced number of additional communication links. 5 dwg
