FIELD: electric communication, data transmission technique. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed for development of method of invariant distribution of information fluxes in data exchange systems that provides for increased productivity of system, for preparedness of commutation centers and for decrease of requirements for capacity of storages of commutation centers under conditions of possible change of physical structure of data transmission network or structure of information exchange or with movement of subscribers as well as under simultaneous action of all mentioned factors. Method consists in formation of subscriber messages carrying number of terminal route of conveying and physical address of complex of terminal data exchange facilities of senders at these complexes, in transmission of subscribers messages to nearest commutation center and its recording in of commutation center, in extraction from subscriber's message of physical address of complex of terminal data exchange facilities of addresses, in its identification, in transmission of subscribers message into proper output queue and then to complex of terminal data exchange facilities of addresses over communication channels. Route messages including number of route message and package of subscriber's messages are formed at commutation center from each output queues and sent in compliance with established number of route message starting from nearest to thermal commutation center on route. At each commutation center those subscriber's messages which are sent to subscribers of given commutation center are isolated from route messages after which route messages are formed again and sent further on over route.
