Outputs of unit of frame scan and brightness and color unit are correspondingly connected to first and second electric inputs of information matrix. As distinct from prototype device additionally has optical locator, counter-reflectors, obturation matrix, controller, unit controlling obturation matrix, computer and outer storage. Light source, information matrix and obturation matrix are positioned in sequence and are optically intercoupled. Output bus of computer is electrically connected correspondingly to input of unit of frame scan, input of brightness and color unit and input of control unit. First input of computer is connected to output of outer storage. Output of optical locator is connected via controller to second input of computer. Output of control unit is connected to electric input of obturation matrix. Light source, information and obturation matrices are rigidly fixed with reference to each other.
