Rest 3 has supports 10 and perforated plate 11 positioned above liquid level in trough 1. Inner sides of housing walls are provided with vertical ribs 14 with guides 15 facilitating runoff of condensate onto bag 4. Apparatus allows plant growing process to be improved by continuous moistening of nutrient ground both within the mass of ground and at peripheral parts of ground containing the maximum amount of plant roots. Moreover, drying of ground adjoining housing walls is eliminated. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved plant growing process. 9 cl, 5 dwg
