FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering intracutaneously and into sublaying tissues biologically active substances using ultrasound. The biologically active substances are extracted from elecampane roots by means of 40% ethanol solution. Paravertebral zones of cervical segment of the vertebral column and suprabrachial areas are the regions for injecting the biologically active substances. Ultrasound is generated by physiotherapeutic apparatus. One procedure duration is equal to 10 min. The whole treatment course consists of 10 procedures.
