FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating parodontium tissues with magnetotherapy using low frequency composite modulated pulsating electromagnetic field. Emitting inductors are set on face skin in mandibular and maxillary region on the parodontium projection with magnetic induction directed in perpendicular relation to the central axis of the jaws. The emitting inductors are 4-6 cm distant one from another. The emitting inductors can be also arranged to the right and to the left of the maxilla and mandible. The emitting inductors are connected to power supply source in parallel. The following mode of treatment is selected. Pulse succession frequency is 50-100 Hz. Modulation frequency is 0.6-1.0 Hz. Magnetic induction is equal to 8-9 mTesla units in the action segment. Treatment time is 5-10 min. The treatment course is 5 procedures long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment course.
