SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory therapies, and a vitamin therapy. The above therapies are followed by a single submucosal injection of sodium hyaluronate in the form of the preparation Reneall 300 into a transient fold of the respective jaw into each segment of three teeth. The preparation is injected with the use of a syringe at 0.5 ml per one segment, with the preparation consumption per both jaws ranging within 3.0 to 4.4 ml. What is used is a needle of the length of 2 cm or more inserted all through the segment and then gradually moved away from the periodontal tissue to inject the syringe content.

EFFECT: method is easy to implement and provides the periodontal tissue repair ensured by increasing a bone density within an alveolar process.
