FIELD: transport engineering; service stations. SUBSTANCE: in process of fuel dispensing, amount of fuel required by consumer is prepared in form of whole number of large doses and whole number of small doses on remote control panel with sum of small doses being less than one large dose, and designed number of additional calibrating doses is set on the same panel. Whole number of large doses is metered out by volumeter, and whole number of small doses and calibrating doses of fuel is metered out by small dose dispensing device. To dispense small doses metering plunger is used displacing the required amount of fuel from reservoir preliminarily filled to definite level. EFFECT: reduced minimum metered out doses of dispensed fuel, reduced discreteness of metering out with preserved speed of fuel delivery, enlarged possibility of calibration of volumeter. 2 cl, 3 dwg
