FIELD: water producing technology. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for use in those arid areas where constantly present is warm and humid air. Device has thermally insulated chamber 1 with inlet pipe union 2 which connects chamber with fan 5, and outlet pipe union 3 which connects chamber with atmosphere. Also provided is pipe union 4 which connects chamber with vessel 5 assigned for collecting sweet water. Arranged in chamber 1 is condenser made in the form of vertically installed strips which are oriented parallel to each other. Strips create spaces 8 for cooling agent to circulate through them by means of pump 7. Installed at inlet to chamber 1 before condenser strips is air flow divider 9. Condenser spaces 8 can be made in the form for example of corrugated sheets which are connected to each other. These sheets create elongated spaces for circulation of cooling agent. In this case, spaces 8 can be oriented vertically, horizontally or in inclined position. Spaces can be of any configuration in their cross-section: enclosed multiangles, oval, etc. Such embodiment of device being simple in design ensures excellent functioning to satisfy needs in sweet water which is of particular importance in desert, arid areas.
