FIELD: water purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for autonomous production of fresh water, and can be used for drinking water supply, as well as for household and industrial needs. The method for obtaining fresh water includes saturation of air with water vapor, formation of steam-air flow by superchargers, condensation and moisture extraction, discharge of dehydrated air into the atmosphere. Moisture is condensed by cooling the vapor-air mixture in vortex tubes or by throttling the vapor-air flow with the separation of water droplets in hydro-cyclones. The supply of fresh seawater to the evaporation chambers for the formation of a vapor-air mixture is carried out by jet pumps operating on the energy of the atmospheric air sucked in by the superchargers. The steam-air mixture in superchargers powered by the energy of sea waves, to increase the temperature pressure increasing the intensity of evaporation of seawater, is compressed at a pressure above the hydrostatic pressure at the depth of the supercharger installation.
EFFECT: proposed method for obtaining fresh water provides an increase in the productivity of fresh water due to forced saturation of air with moisture by preheating seawater and its evaporation using the thermal energy of compressed air generated by the energy of the sea wave.
