FIELD: training equipment, in particular, means of development of operator's ability to perceive various information in a speeded-up manner. SUBSTANCE: to speed up learning of information, text visual signals and audiovisual tracking signals are produced; in the first week of training visual signals of the rule of non-regressive reading for perception by the trainee are produced daily with intervals of 1.0 to 3.0 h for 1.0 to 3.0 min, during subsequent 5.0 to 15.0 weeks of training visual signals of a check text with a content of 2500 to 3500 characters and audiovisual tracking signals are formed daily at a distance of 30.0 to 35.0 cm from the trainee's eyes 20.0 to 40.0 min before going to bed; the time of reading after non-regressive reading of the check test by the trainee is measured; a round green character is formed in the center of the text field for 9.0 to 12.0 min for trainee's perception of it together with the text; then correct answers are determined, and the rate of reading of the check test is estimated.
