FIELD: biologically active substances. SUBSTANCE: concentrate has proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins of B group and trace elements, free essential and nonessential amino acids at fixed amount at ratio of essential and nonessential amino acids = (0.45-0.85):1. Product is prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of yeast proteins at two-circuit mechanical stirring the yeast milk for 12-24 h at 50-55 C and under vacuum 50-80 KPa. Disrupted cell membranes are separated from the internal substance. Then concentrate is dried up to moisture 5%. Concentrate enhances assimilation of amino acids by human organism and shows positive effect on immune system. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of concentrate. 1 tbl
