FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to agents for dietary therapeutic alimentation. Dietary therapeutic alimentation agent based on baker’s yeast hydrolyzate includes hydrolysed proteins containing amino acids, carbohydrates containing high-molecular polysaccharides and insoluble food fibres, lipids containing fatty acids, vitamins and microelements. Content of insoluble food fibres is not less than 21.9 wt.% in the dry residue, the protein content is not less than 46 wt.% in the dry residue, content of 1.3–1.6 beta-glucans in the composition of high-molecular weight polysaccharides is not less than 18.6 wt.% in the dry residue and content of fatty acids is not less than 2.5 wt.% in the dry residue. Proteins are characterized by a degree of hydrolysis of not less than 99% and contain at least 17 amino acids.
EFFECT: invention enables to eliminate protein deficiency, promotes metabolic recovery and improves metabolism, as well as increases antioxidant level of the body.
