FIELD: varnish-and-dye industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing conducting varnish-and-dye materials on the basis of polymer film-forming binders and can be applied in various industries to produce on dielectric substrates greater area of conducting film coatings with stable electric characteristics all across the area of film coating surface. Electrical heating devices is preferred area of application. Material includes synthetic polymer binder, carbon-containing filler, hardener, and organic solvent. Carbon-containing filler utilized is graphite-carbon mixture with carbon to graphite weight ratio 0.05-0.1 and, as synthetic polymer binder, branched or cyclic polymethylphenylsiloxane is used with following contents of components (in wt %): synthetic polymer binder, 7-17; carbon- containing filler, 0.7-16.1; hardener, 2.5-5.5; organic solvent, the balance. Preferred temperature range for using conducting coatings of invention is 250 to 700 C. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics. 1 tbl
