PRODUCTION FLOW LINE FOR TREATMENT OF FLAX FIBERS Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: treatment of flax fibers in textile industry. SUBSTANCE: production line has bale opener, flax opener, flax cleaner, preliminary cleaning machine, cottonizing machine and equipment for blending of cottonized flax fibers with other fibers. They are installed successively in flow line. The offered line has machine for combing and stapling of flax fibers. The combing and stapling machine has successively installed combing drums, conveyors mounted before combing drums, and installed after combing drums are converter of lap into rope and mechanism of transverse cutting of rope connected with inlet nozzle of cottonizing machine. In this case, outlet part of preliminary cleaning machine is connected with conveyors. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
