METHOD FOR ERECTION OF SECTIONAL-MONOLITHIC COVERING IN NON-REMOVABLE SHUTTERING Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in erection of sectional-monolithic coverings of dwelling, public, and industrial buildings. According to method, installed on building framework are wedge-shaped non-removable shuttering members with their large base down. Secured on these members by means of anchors is reinforcement net, and bed of building mortar is applied over it. Mortar is based on portland-pozzolana cement and is applied in two courses. Introduced between two courses of mortar is fibrous material with fibres of 10.0-100.0 mm length in amount of 3.0-12.0% of mass of cement mortar bed. Thickness of mortar bed is 3.0-10.0 times less than height of shuttering members. Body of these members is made from building mortar based on gypsum-containing mineral binder and is in fact sectional being assembled from load-bearing plate and pyramidal part with side faces inclined at angle of 5-15 deg. and conjugating over radius with side walls of plate. Created in joints between side faces are release grooves, and radius of their curvature corresponds to radius of conjugation and is equal to 0.5-0.7 of thickness of load-bearing plate. Aforesaid structural embodiment reduces labour-intensity and improves strength of covering due to stronger joint between shuttering members and reinforcement of monolithic course laid over shuttering members.
