FIELD: production mixes based on mineral binder. SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact that mineral binder is fed to the zone of mixing slantly and continuously. In the mixing zone mineral binder is subject to the effect of cavitation impulses. Cavitation impulses of force are excited as a result of collisions of binder with jets of 0.1-7.5-% aqueous solution of air- entraining admixture and air, whose axes are inclined at an angle of 15 to 75 deg, and supplied at a speed of 14.5 to 47.5 m/s. The axes of jets of air-entraining admixture and air are shifted relative to each other by 45 to 270 deg. The obtained cellular mix is additionally homogenized by radial reciprocating motions on a spiral path along each horizontal bracket of the drive vertical shaft fastened to it in a helix by fingers.
