FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to production of articles made from quick-hardening cellular building mixes based on mineral binding agent. Device has cylindrical body with upper charging pipe connection and lower discharge pipe connection. Also provided is vertical power-driven shaft. Mounted on vertical shaft is distributing disk with guiding inclined shoulder. Also installed on vertical shaft are horizontal brackets which create cross-piece. Pins are secured on surfaces of horizontal brackets over spiral line. Installed on internal surface of vertical wall of body are nozzles for separate delivery under pressure against direction of rotation of vertical shaft of streams of air and water solution of air-involving additive. Nozzles are inclined in vertical plane and displaced relative to each other in horizontal plane respectively at 15-75 deg. and 45-270 deg. Diameter of cylindrical body is equal to 4.5-7.5 of height of cylindrical body. Planes of positioning of axes of horizontal brackets of vertical shaft and nozzles for delivery of air and air-involving additive are distant from internal surface of body bottom respectively by value of 0.075-0.25 and 0.2-0.45 of body height. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device allows for producing articles possessing enhanced strength and sound-insulation properties, low heat-conductivity and low specific weight.
