SUBSTANCE: when call is initiated in one servicing cell, user identifier and call identifier 203 are stored in memory unit of user set 101 of stationary control unit 111 which is connected to this servicing cell. When user set detects that transmission of communication channel to target servicing cell area is advisable, it sends user identifier and call identifier to another stationary control unit 113 which is connected to target servicing cell area. Said stationary control unit calls user and connects tot first stationary control unit through standard wire- connection commutator 115, 117. Then identifier of call is sent to first stationary control unit in order to achieve correct connection for communication channel transfer. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 5 cl, 4 dwg
