SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to communication system that has radio communication system and wire communication system and functions as stationary wireless communication system that ensures immediate telephone communications between subscriber's stationary wireless terminal and wire communication system to allow subscriber to dial number of other party and also to receive voice-frequency signals pointing to establishment of connections such as voice-frequency readiness signal. Communication link is established by detecting invocation signal in subscriber's device, transfer of request for establishing communications with phantom telephone number over standard cellular system and recognition of phantom telephone number, requesting audio link in wire communication system in response to phantom telephone number in wire communication system, and connecting audio link to first communication device using standard cellular radio communication system.
