FIELD: immunology, immunochemistry, oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing antigen used for animal immunization. For this purpose human fetus meconium extract is used in mixture with specific antiserum to beta-2-MA. Formed suspension precipitate is washed out from additional components and beta-2-MA is isolated by dissociation of immune complex in acid medium, pH 2.2-2.0. Invention can be used for development of industrial technology for production of immunochemical test-systems for beta-2-MA assay in histology for diagnosis of primary and metastatic neoplasmas.
