FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of meconium with buffered physiological solution, centrifugation and supernatant removal. Ammonium sulfate is added to supernatant at concentration range 30-70% of saturation followed by repeated centrifugation, precipitate removal, its dissolving, treatment with hydrochloric acid at pH 2.0 and alkalinization with tris to the parent pH. After centrifugation supernatant fluid is dialyzed and subjected for gel-chromatography. Fractions of molecular mass 60 $$$ 5.0 kDa are selected and chromatographied on DEAE-cellulose at pH 8.0 followed by removal of unadsorbed fractions containing the end product.
