FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves effect of ultrasonic oscillation on drugs at frequency 44.0-1600 kHz, intensity - 0.02-1.0 W/cm2, for 1-8 min. Under this regime elements exert microresonance of atomic-molecular structure of an aqueous solution. Oscillations can be emitted at impulse regime. Device consists of generator and emitter of ultrasonic oscillations. Emitter is made as a hollow-space cylinder or conic equipment exhibiting oscillation frequency 44.0 kHz - 1.6 mHz and intensity 0.02-1.0 W/cm2. The use of indicated regimes provides increase of specific activity of drugs and elimination of allergenic property. EFFECT: decreased allergenic property, enhanced effectiveness. 4 cl, 6 dwg
