FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of film coating application on the surface porous and rough implants by placing it in a capsule which is sealed, ultrasonic vibrations with frequency above the cavitation threshold frequency in the range of 20 to 100 kHz are excited in the capsule, the intensity of the said ultrasound is within stable cavitation range of 1.5 to 2.5 W/cm2, then after 3-5 minutes ultrasonic vibration generation is stopped, the solution is drained from the capsule and the implant with a liquid phase film applied is removed from the container and placed in a pre-formed bone canal, and then the solution is drained from the capsule and the implant with the liquid phase film applied is removed from the container and placed into the pre-formed bone canal.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce labour intensity, improve the engraftment of implants.
