FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing facial nerve to pulsating magnetic field all over the whole facial nerve length. First, radiation is supplied to anterior central convolution and then to mastoid process. Next to it, region in medial position with respect to external acoustic meatus is irradiated. Pulsating magnetic field intensity is selected to be 1.5-3.0 Tesla units. Each region is treated during 1.5-3.5 min. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment and accelerated treatment course.
