FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has container with liquid, drop chamber with drop fly-over pickup, polymeric tube with electromagnetic clamping device, control unit consisting of clock-pulse generator, opening signal former, and drop fly-over signal former. Device also has series-connected analyzer of correspondence of drop preset and operating frequencies, three-input AND gate and current switch. First input of analyzer is connected to clock-pulse generator output and second input is connected to output of drop fly-over signal former, third input is connected to output of opening signal former connected to third input of AND gate. Clamping device is made as clamp with slot for fixing the tube on one side and two spring-loaded valves combined in one plane perpendicular to tube axis on the other side. One of valves has symmetrical recess in center the width of which equals 2/3 the size of tube maximum external diameter. Face part of other valve connected kinematically to electromagnet core is mounted in recess for reciprocation.
