FIELD: remote control of objects, in particular, teleorientation system components of small-sized flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: code values $$$ that are subject to transmission are formed in the control zone for each orthogonal scanning beam in preset quantization interval $$$ by conversion of the value of the sum of the result of multiplication in each point of quantization of the respective values of program range to the controlled object by the value of angular deflection of scanning beam in space relative to the reference direction and of the value of correcting signals in these points, and successive transmission of code values $$$ is carried out continuously with up-dating of information on the period value in the points of quantization, $$$= 0 is formed beyond the limits of the control zone. The method is realized in a device, using the first and second data storage and output units, synchronizing generator, first and second frequency divider, first and second registers, first and second pulse shapers, gate signal conditioner, present time conditioner, multiplication unit and an adder.
