SUBSTANCE: damping device has frame-body and rod with fitted on sliders hinge connected by levers with spring-loaded pushers arranged square to rod axis in frame-body. It has also pushers arranged in parallel with first ones and hinge connected by levers with levers of first pushers at angles equal to angles of lever tilting towards road surface and connected with pushers by means of joints whose axes coincide with centers of pusher masses.
