FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed container carrier has frame with support wheels 2 and container up-spring mechanism in form of three-support absorbers. Each shock absorber includes wheel hinge support 5 with elastically damping post 8 hinge-connected with frame of container carrier and interacting through horizontally turnable tie-rods 9 with two symmetrically arranged frame hinge support installed in horizontal guides of brackets rigidly secured on frame of container carrier, each being furnished with elastically damping members whose free ends are rigidly secured on bracket for horizontal displacement of frame hinge supports along guides of brackets along axis of elastically damping members and hinge-coupled with frame of container carrier by limiting tie-rod, thus forming horizontally turnable shock absorber providing elastic and non-elastic damping of low and high oscillations of container.
