Chord of last component profile coincides with chord of profile of cross section of multi-slot taper ring; chords of profiles located in front of last component profile are inclined relative to chord of built-up multi-slot taper ring. Besides that, invention contains versions for location of propulsor on rounded head portion of flying vehicle filled with light gas, on bulb of surface ship and in fore portion of submarine.
