FIELD: packing and sterilization. SUBSTANCE: packing material is made in form of laminated material with inner layer 3 of transparent thermoplastic laid on layer 4 made of light reflecting material. Energy for sterilization are high energy light flashes radiated by one or greater number of flashing light source 6. Light flashes act onto inner surface 10 of packing material for annihilation of bacteria and microorganism found on this surface. Owing to the fact that light flashes radiated by flashing light sources 6 are reflected by layer 4 of light reflecting material, surface 10 of layer 3 is exposed to action of direct and reflected photoenergy from flashing light source 6.
