Device contains master clock pulse generator with controllable frequency, intergrain space control, bipolar power source with low internal resistance, positive rectangular pulse generator with controllable amplitude, first current overload protection block, electric signal summator, rarely occurring pulse generator, warning unit, influence electrodes, and electrode insertion. Bipolar feed voltage generated, due to its capability to change polarity of metal surface potential, makes it possible to realize a variety of electrochemical processes.
