FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to machinery and equipment intended for restoring casing strings in wells. Patching tool is used for lowering patch into well by suspending rope. Device has body which accommodates operating slip sockets and pushing slips. Provided for interaction with aforesaid device is operating mechanism with rod, working head, sealing unit, and pulling member. There is supporting tool in device. Bush is made for possible interaction with working head and pushing slips. Rigidly connected with body is hydraulic cylinder. having its piston connected with rod which is hollow inside, and with piston-type pump having suction valve and delivery valve. They are located in rod hollow. Suction valve and delivery valve are positioned so as to allow communication through them of respective above-piston space of hydraulic cylinder with under-piston space of cylinder when required at reciprocating motion of piston in pump.
