FIELD: well repair technology. SUBSTANCE: device for installing plaster in well relates to equipment for restoring casing strings in wells. Device has tapered mandrel with support and plaster with sealing unit. Plaster with sealing unit is located between mandrel and support. Device is provided with anchor made in the form of pairs of wedge-type slip sockets located in support. Also provided is movable supporting bush adapted for interaction with aforesaid pairs of slip sockets and mandrel. Application of aforesaid device allows for repair of casing strings in well without costly operations for lifting and lowering of pump-compressor pipes, thus performing plaster installing procedure 2-2.5 times quicker in time.
