FIELD: mechanical and aviation engineering. SUBSTANCE: cover 3 with pipe connection 6 of flowing medium supply is positioned in bore 2 of body 1. Cover 3 is mounted for axial movement relative to body and for fixing in positions. In one position, outlet hole 7 of pipe connection channel communicates with internal cavity of body. In other position, outlet hole is insulated from body cavity. Body is also provided with through hole 9 outgoing on one side to bore cylindrical surface being sealed and on the other, to internal surface of body. Radial seals 4 and 5 are positioned as follows: one seal is placed between through hole outlet to bore cylindrical surface and external surface of body; the other seal is located between through hole outlet and outlet hole of pipe connection channel. Sealing member 12 is arranged between outlet hole of pipe connection channel and internal surface of body. EFFECT: improved test results. 2 cl, 4 dwg
