SUBSTANCE: device has dielectric vessels with electrolyte where electrodes interconnected by electric conductors are submerged, electrodes connected by electric conductors to electric measuring unit. All form electric circuit. Device is adopted for possible instability of potential difference at electrodes. All elements of device are screened against action of external electric field and infrared radiation. Material of screen is grounded. All other elements composing electric circuit of device may also be grounded which allows sensitivity of device for interatom-molecular fields to be raised.
