FIELD: transport engineering; back-up drive used on automobiles for training. SUBSTANCE: proposed device differs from widely used back-up devices owing to use of housing made in form of cradle on axle of which auxiliary spring-loaded pedals are installed, these pedals being coupled with spring-loaded pedals of car. Power coupling between pedals is provided by cylinders whose rods are connected by axles with auxiliary pedals and two other hydraulic cylinders whose working chambers are connected with working chambers of first hydraulic cylinders by flexible hoses. These hydraulic cylinders are provided with brackets with holes for fastening by bolts to steering column. Clamps with screws and hole for end of rod with stop are used to connect rods of these hydraulic cylinders. Pistons of hydraulic cylinders are spring loaded in direction opposite to direction of working stroke. EFFECT: enlarged performance and technological capabilities. 4 cl, 4 dwg
