FIELD: applied acoustics; Doppler log antenna development. SUBSTANCE: transducer has case accommodating flexible plate, two round piezoceramic plates, and conducting plate. Front surface of one of piezoceramic plates is covered with sealing layer forming sound-transparent window. Piezoceramic plates are fixed to current conducting plate. Piezoceramic plates are sectionalized into 4xN relatively parallel equal-width segments. Electric buses interconnect respective segments in each quarter of full set of 4xN segments. Buses are connected through antenna switches to respective transformers placed either inside transducer case or in separate electronic unit. EFFECT: reduced difference in parameters of separate transducer segments thereby improving measurement accuracy of Doppler log using this transducer. 6 dwg
