SUBSTANCE: device has housing which is filled with intermediate environment which acoustic resistance is equal to acoustic resistance of environment, in which device is located. In addition device has rod active member, which is made from piezoelectric ceramic washers and flexible insertion, which are made from piezoelectric material, and conic frontal cover. Connection between conic frontal cover and housing of emitter is flexible. Height of flexible insertions d2 is within range of 0.1-0.15 d1, where d1 is height of piezoelectric ceramic washers. Flexible insertions of piezoelectric material and washers are connected in parallel. Their polarization provides their input-phase excitation. EFFECT: increased efficiency of converting. 2 dwg
