FIELD: electric communication. SUBSTANCE: state-of-the-art device has control unit 1, parallel-to-serial code converter 2, commutator 4, M analog-to-digital converters 3 and M groups of N gates in main delay units 5, where M ≥ 3, N ≥ 4,. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced M N(K-1) commutation units 7 and M N(K-1) additional delay units 6, where K ≥ 2.. This results in possibility of additional delay of some bits of digital samples in channels which permit such delay and reading some bits in different channels in order of decreased precision of their reproduction. EFFECT: decreased or suppressed distortions in separate channels, increased field of application due to possibility to take into account individual requirements to possible distortions and delay of analog signals. 3 cl, 15 dwg
