FIELD: practice of processing of poor nickel ores and technogeneous deposits of silicate nickel ores, applicable in mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in ore conveyance, their field analysis by nuclear-physical methods, averaging of quality of nickel ores, screening and crushing, small-batch grading and lump nuclear-physical separation of ores. To involve technogeneous deposits in processing with the aid of nuclear-physical grading, mining pulp with a low content of nickel is removed. With the aid of crushing and screening of concentrate of small-batch grading the latter is divided according to coarseness into six products of ores: concentrated products of coarseness class 0 to 15 mm, intermediate products IP-1, IP-2, IP-3, IP-4 with lump coarseness 15 to 30 mm, 30 to 50 mm, 50 to 80 mm, 80 to 300 mm and final tailings. After lump X-ray radiometric separation concentrates of intermediate products IP-1, IP-2, IP-3 and IP-4 are crushed to 1 to 0.14 mm and directed to heap bacterial-chemical leaching of silica (Siliceous group). Nickel and cobalt are removed from bacterial liquid and washing solutions of silicon. Silicon cleaning of nickel and cobalt is accumulated in special hoppers for use of silica as an effective fertilizer of agricultural fields. EFFECT: improved environment. 7 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl
