FIELD: processing of complex silver-containing ores and technogeneous deposits, applicable in mining industry. SUBSTANCE: to increase the content of silver and content of attendant elements Pb, Zn, Cu, Sb, Sn, Mo Ni, Co, Bi by 2.1 to 2.5 times and technogeneous deposits involved in processing with the aid of nuclear physical grading and lump separation, mining pulp is divided into concentrated products, intermediate products IP-1, IP-2, IP-3 and final tailings. For processing of unyielding difficult-to-concentrate complex silver- containing ores operations of two-stage bacterial- chemical leaching of silver-containing ores are introduced with regrinding of collective concentrate after each stage of leaching. In processing of unyielding ores extraction of silver from silver-lead and silver-tin ores for the IP-3 product is accomplished with employment of sulfur dioxide; the content of silver in grading products and lump separation is determined by using the linear correlation bonds of silver with byproduct elements by Pb, Zn, Cu, Ni, Co, Bi, Sb, Sn, Mo indicators. To enhance the sensitivity and selectivity of nuclear-physical grading and lump separation, criterion of separation of ores according to the product of analytical parameters of the respective elements-indicators is determined. Intermediate products are directed to heap bacterial-chemical leaching in summer only, intensification of bacteria activity is realized, and volumes of intermediate products are regulated with employment of a microcomputer.
