FIELD: practice of processing of poor and low-grade bauxites and technogeneous deposits, applicable in mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in conveyance of ores, their field analysis by nuclear-physical (radiometric) methods, averaging of ore quality, nuclear- physical grading and lump separation with employment of a relay separator realizing the natural radioactivity, heap bacterial-chemical leaching of $$$ with the aid of silicate bacteria (Siliceous group). Mining pulp is divided into five grades: concentrated products which are directed for processing into alumina by the Bayer process, intermediate products IP-1, IP-2, IP-3 which are crushed to 1 to 0.14 mm and directed to heap bacterial-chemical leaching of silica with the aid of silicate bacteria, and final tailings. The relation between the analytical parameters of thorium and analytical parameters of potassium is used as a criterion of separation at grading. Processing of intermediate products IP-1, IP-2, IP-3 in the conditions of northern and middle latitudes, as well as in the conditions of the Extreme North, is realized in summer only. In winter intermediate products IP-1, IP-2, IP-3 are accumulated on a grading plant for their processing in summer. EFFECT: improved environment. 9 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl
