FIELD: apparatuses for laser treatment of materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes vertical tubular housing 1 for passing laser beam inside it. Housing is provided with mechanism 2 for axially rotating it and mechanism 3 for moving it in vertical direction. First rotary mirror 4 is arranged in lower portion of housing 1 for deflecting laser beam by angle equal to 90 degrees. Two carriages 7,6 with motion mechanism are arranged on lower surface of flange 5 normally relative to axis of tubular housing. Optical head 10 is mounted on carriage 6 in such a way that it is spaced by some distance from axis of housing. Focusing lens 12 is arranged under second rotary mirror 11 and it is provided with mechanism for vertically moving it. Both carriages have vertical pins 15,14 with balls on their ends for engaging with surface of treated material. pins are arranged in the same plane as axis of optical head.
