FIELD: equipment for laser working of materials operating in autonomous mode and also as part of flexible industrial system for laser cutting or perforating sheet materials. SUBSTANCE: plant includes frame with sheet material, two-coordinate system for moving optic focusing head arranged vertically, suction system, local suction chamber adjoining to back side of sheet in front of said focusing head. Local suction off chamber has vertically arranged unit for moving it synchronously with focusing head. Said chamber may have in its lower portion receiver for solid waste with shutter.
