FIELD: friction (braking) devices for use in transport engineering, machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: friction device is based on polymeric composite material comprising polymeric binder, fibrous fillers and dispersed fillers. All these components are wastes resulting from other industries. Dispersed fillers are used in combination with thermally stable substance possessing adhesive capacity to wastes and having fraction properties. EFFECT: improved design.
